Barbara Bougher is the founder of Divine Order and brings a wealth of professional and life experience to her professional organizer coaching services. Barbara gained extensive administrative and management skills during her corporate career. Her ability to understand and develop processes, problem solve, and employ effective time management served her well as she managed staff, multiple department and company projects and events, and conducted training for employees and clients. Personally, as a single mom who traveled with her job, Barbara used those same skills to successfully manage her home and the needs of her son.
After extensive study and training through Coach Approach with a specific focus on ADHD challenges, Barbara completed the requirements to become a Certified Organizer Coach (COC®) from the Institute for Applied Coaching. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and its Michigan and Indianapolis chapters. Barbara is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and has achieved distinction as a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®) from the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers. She is also a member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), where she has achieved ADD (ADHD) Specialist and CD (Chronic Disorganization) Specialist designations. She has collaborated with area therapists to assist clients with chronic disorganization issues. Locally, Barbara has worked to help grow a network of professional organizers from Indianapolis and the surrounding area.
In combination with her skills, training and experience, Barbara demonstrates an enthusiastic passion about her work and finds tremendous gratification helping clients regain their power to make a difference in their lives. She is a perceptive listener, who approaches all her clients with professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality along with a healthy dose of fun and sense of humor.
